By way of a professional background, I have enjoyed a very interesting and demanding career as a freelance court reporter for over ten years.  I have worked mostly in the Twin Cities during that time, with a short stint in Florida.  From a very young age, I have been very proactive in trying to find the right health and weight-management solution for myself.  However, the rigors of my profession over time were taking a toll.  It was becoming more physically taxing and mentally exhaustive.  I needed a solution to regain my stamina, slenderize and tone up my figure and reinvigorate my enthusiasm.

Apart from my own physical and mental transformation as a result of using a scientifically calibrated and customized Herbalife program, I have mentored dozens of people with Herbalife products and general wellness practices who have attained or are on their way to attaining their health and fitness goals.

This wellness journey has been so rewarding!  I am working in this Lake Calhoun community on a daily basis with the goal of helping people change their lives through fitness and nutrition; as well as the amazing people that start out as clients and turn into friends.  I get to work with talented and knowledgeable people in the fitness and nutrition industry, networking all of our services to help our clients reach their health goals even quicker.
